The worst English dialect is from any of the stans (londonistan, bradistan, lutonistan and so on) The best has to be a softly spoken Welsh dialect.

The worst has to be a toss up between the Brummies and the Scousers
Quite like the West Country dialect, and I love to hear pretty girls talking broad Geordie

Dialect is dying out and being replaced by mid-atlantic blandness so ANY dialect is a cause for celebration!

If you only have to hear them for a short time, then (Newcastle Jodie, Welsh & Stokeian) & South Coast US are the best ... but before long they become the worst. ... The worst overall is General American, because we can fear & expect it to eat up all the other areas/accents over time.

Scouse sounds common,so does chav (innit).
I could listen to the Southern Irish brogue all day,the same goes for the Welsh spoken by the people of Patagonia, the Spanish lilt makes it special.

Brummies sound daft to me (don't mean any offence by that but you just do!), and the Scots just sound miserable (by the way I'm half Scottish before you all jump on your high horse!).
Personally, I think that most Irish accents sound great. And I love listening to Caribbean accents.
