Is windows vista build 6000 beta or is it the final? is there a newer version?

Hi there.
Yep, Vista .. build 6000 is the final version, referred to as RTM (released to manufacturer).
The next sub-version to come out is prob the Service Pack (SP) that will adress bugs that arises.
Btw, for the other user's comments, beta versions of vista expires just before June 1st, 2007. So there's NO newer versions of beyond build 6000.

I believe there will be a ton of 'new releases' on this software. I don't plan on touching it for about a year and a half. (SP-2). I feel all these people that just bought Vista are Microsoft's beta....project...!!
