Most DVD players should be able to play MPEG-4 (part 2) and DivX movies (most use the same chip anyhow). If they have Divx logo, they can definitely do MPEG4, however, many skip the logo certification . Check the player's specs. Usually they say if they support MPEG-4 or not. (Try Cyberhome, Samsung, etc.)
