Im a single student in pa and all my state taxes are being forgiven. Why am i elegible for this? Do you think I did something wrong?

You did nothing wrong.
Pennsylvania's Tax Forgivness Program helps to reduce your tax liablity for people that make a humble living. Depending on how much you made, filing status and dependents (if any), your state tax can be reduced up to 100%.

If you had under $6500 income and are not a dependent, then your state taxes would be 100% forgiven. If you are a full time student and claimed as a dependent on your parents' return, you can't claim this credit unless your parents also receive tax forgiveness.
