I want to get my boss a nice gift. She is about 30ish, loves books and music, loves the color purple. Looking to spend under $100. Love to hear your suggestions:) thanks

get her a gift card to a music store and a book store, if it is not a serious relationship, just a boss/employee relationship a $100 is a little lot i think. you can never go wrong with gift cards or prepaid visa cards with a woman......

buy her a bath set of some sort or maybe a cd player for the office use what you know she already likes and go from there or either get her a gift card good luck
