Contact police, school counselors, his teacher, and tell them what is going on. Get this in writing, and in reports. Tell the police that at this home, you have seen drug trafficing, and a small child is in the middle of this. Let your little brother spend as much time as he can with you. Take him to a counselor, and get thing started. . It's a matter of getting professionals involved, and getting this down on paper, and presenting this before a judge and authorities. You could also have a tape recording going as you talk to your brother sometime, about what is going on at his home, asking him if he is scared, and anything you want authorities to know.. you can then present this as very important evidence. What is wrong with your MOM for letting this happen?? Does she have an addiction or other things you can present also?? Such a mess...

if you continue to see the abuse and keep calling DSF and they dont even come out to check it out i would then tell DSF if they cant do there job that you are going to the police and then do it just the drug use in the house where a child is present is enough for the police or DSF to investigate then once you have proven this the mom will have to eathier get the guy out of the house or the child will then go to foster care thats when you come in go to the court on the day the mom will have to and tell the judge that you will take him and not to send him to foster care but keep calling they will have to do there job at some point good luck

All you can do is continue to bug child welfare, but you do have to have proof of abuse. As far as the drugs, you can go to the police about that but there is no guarantee that they will investigate.

In order to gain custody of a sibling, you can't be a minor, and you have to prove in court that your mother and other immediate relatives are unfit to care for him.

Go contact a local lawyer. Check your local college lots of times they are free! But you can always call CPS (Child protection servce) and let them look into it. Your mom will never know who called they can't say anything. Good luck.

Call an attorney. Always be on your toes as far as looking for anything that may be suspicious. Log everything down. And get as much proof as you can.
