ive got a 9th kup grading tommorow, ive learned most of my grading questions the only one ive had trouble on is 'explain L-stance;

i did ask my trainer but i 4got to write it down.

Please help!!

In an L stance, also called T stance or back stance you have heel-to-heel allignment with the front foor pointing straight to the front & the back foot pointing directly to the side. Feet art about 2 1/2-3 footlengths apart. Both knees are fleced with your weight back, like you are sort of "sitting down" on your cack leg. Torso is sideways.

Make an L shape with your feet, assuming most people are right handed stand naturallly in left kamae (left foot forward) most of your weight on the rear foot, about 70% the 30% at the front is also a good difuser against leg sweeps. Goodluck with the exam

L stance - Niunja Sogi - 70 - 30 weight distribution 1 and 1\2 shoulder widths long from foot sword of rear foot to toes of front foot

As far as I can remember it is a stance where you have one leg forward but your weight on the back leg the back legg foot should be at riht angles to the front leg foot. It was a long time ago that I did TaeKwon do though

The idea behind this is with most weight on the back foot the front foot is free to use front kicks (ap chagi) or half turning kicks...

do this. tell your instructor you don't know and that you are not ready to test. if you was really ready to test you would know this.
