It's certainly true, but I doubt many Christians here would understand it. They are so sure that without their rules, everyone would just be moral-less animals.
The part I don't understand in that thinking is that they themselves claim that they can commit any sin at all and still be forgiven and 'saved'. Wouldn't that make them the ones with 'no reason' to live a moral life?

Cool. It's a very concise statement that religion doesn't corner the market on morality. In fact, secular morality is superior to religious morality. Religion makes people morally lazy by just dictating what yokels long ago said was good or bad, and discouraging any real dialog about why something is good or bad (past just "God said so").

Didn't need to click the link.Despite what some might think,religious believers will just have to accept that some of us have our own moral guidelines much as some of them don't.Think priests and young boys.

I agree with it. The morality of an individual does not necessarily come from religion.

it makes alot of sense and holds alot of truths to it and i'm not even an atheist but i must say that i agree with the atheist wager way more then pascal's wager as well
