I want to loose at least three pounds by march 10th. i dont have axcess to a gym so thats out of the question...i m going on a trip and i want to look half way decent in my new swiming suit.

Go out and make yourself walk for at least 45 minutes a day...it's most helpful if you can find some terrain with hills.

Also, you can do some weight training with inexpensive hand-held dumbbells, or in a pinch, canned goods work well also.

Eat at least five portion of fruit and veg a day, exercise for at least 45mins a day like walking or swimming. No fatty foods and try not to drink alcohol or fizzy drinks. If you drink more water you do not get as hungry

Go vegetarian or vegan and walk briskly about a mile a day. Even better, start jogging daily.

cut out processed foods, soda pop and up your water intake. focus on whole foods (things that look like the original - ie, fresh fruit and veggies, chicken breasts, tea, etc) and those 3 lbs won't be an issue at all.

Eat more good food. (Fruits and vegatables,) and less junk. Drink more water.
