Depends on which state you reside in.

The state of Texas only has five car lots in which police packaged vehicle are purchased and sold.

You generally have to be a police officer and be in charge of the department fleet. A regular person cannot go into a Ford dealer and order a Crown Victoria with the Police Interceptor package.

Unless you're a constable where you need to buy your own car, but then you can look for police auctions where they auction off older Crown Vics.

You can join bargain network and look at police imponds but they dont just sell police cars they sell other cars too....and you wont be able to buy the police car with lights on top and all that stuff because it is illegal for a pedastrian to have all that stuff

start with google. look for used police and municipal vehicle auctions and sales. i've seen lots of sites that sell used crown vics, implalas, malibus, etc. however, like someone said, to order a brand new one with police interceptor package, you must be a fleet manager or similar. you cant just walk into the dealership. not sure why you want a police car...

You can t. They are not offered to retail customers by Ford, Chevy, or Dodge.
