Go to the salon and get your hair trimmed.

Welll, this time of year we all have dry hair(assuming we have heat) Obviously cream rinse and not over drying are two good places to start...do not wash daily...I use some stuff that I put on after the cream rinse and before(and sometimes after) I dry my hair it is called: Suave Professionals Smoothing Cream for Sleek hair...there are lots of these on the shelves and this had the same ingredients as the expensive stuff soooooo I naturally bought the cheapest one I could find...it does help immensely.
BTW: I only put this ALL of stuff on my ends...

If you are dieting and it involves low fat or if you have the heat over say about 68 and if you do not drink enough water---ALL of those things contribute to both dry hair and skin; as well as a host of other issues from being too cold to being depressed...and having furniture that falls apart...

Ok its fairly expensive (i think about 15 pounds) for a 200 ml pot but its definetely worth it - try Kerastase Oleo Relax hair mask - orange tub. I naturally have thick coarse dry curly hair which i straigthen 2 hence it gets well dry - but after i put this on and left it in a warm towel for 15 mins my hair was sooo soft - i still cant believe the effect it had on my hair it was like a miracle! Ur meant to do it once a week - sumtimes i dont bother with the wholke towel charade nd just put in on in the bath and leave it for 15 mins - it still works for me
Hope it helps :)

You want to use a really good hair conditioner or hot oil treatment. Some over the counters are fairly good. I use a conditioner that you put on and leave in your hair for 15 minutes before washing out. It's V05 and I use it once a month. If the over the counters don't work for you, consult your hair stylist - they have hair conditioners you can't buy at the store.

I have really dry hair too- I use an intensive conditioner once a week and wash my hair every other day. I use Matrix sleek look products- I have curly hair so this works great for me, I can straighten it without overdrying it.
I also use Aveda deep penetrating hair revitalizer once a week- it really softens my hair. You also might like Aveda damage remedy restructuring conditioner- they're both a little pricey, but worth it.

Hope this helps!

If your hair is very dry, try a deep conditioning or hot oil treatment in addition to your usual conditioner. If you reguarly flat iron or curl your hair, use protective products because that can dry out your hair.

There is a product called Alberto V05. It's an oil in a tube and you just rub a little bit in your hands and run through the ends of your hair. Only use a little bit though or it will make your hair greasy. It's good stuff.

Load the ends of your hair with conditioner, but only the ends hey, dont put any conditioner on your roots cause then you'll just have greasy hair!!! :)

Well, if they are split, I would suggest getting a hair cut, just to trim the ends. If not, ...naturally you can actually use avocado (Yes! Raw,...mashed!) on your hair, it has natural oils that make your hair shiny, and supple. ...Or..another tip, is using Mayo.. ! Is up to you, if you want to try natural options, or....the usual oils that are sold at the stores.
