I am starting to notice everything is "heading south" so to speak. I notice I now have a tummy sag. My boobs are sagging really badly and I am starting to worry I will need to have everything tucked. I am 42 yrs old and still have a head full of brown hair and look pretty young everywhere else.
This whole weight loss thing started when my MD told me to lose it or face some pretty bad consequences. Now I am in the mode of not really being really hungry like I did when I started the diet a couple of months ago. I am on weight watchers and plan to lose around 100 lbs. I bet I end up looking like a sharpei. What should I do? When I get to my goal weight, I will weigh close to 150 lbs.

Tummy tuck and breast lift surgery is very safe nowadays. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Fly2india4health Consultants. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients, as all surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor I personally believe that your Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of Healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

My cousin got her Tummy tuck, Liposuction surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results. She is all praise for Fly2india4health Consultants. She paid just 20% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. Hope this helps

HELL YES! Do it! I had my breast done. One thing you need to know that they don't tell you. Your nipples will never be as sensitive as they are now...that is if you have reconstructive surgery, which is what I had and I guess if they do it the same. I would strongly recommend reconstructive, cause they take off the extra skin and boy they wind up being pointers. I had mine done about 20 years ago and they still look great. Make sure you or your husband massage them every night after the doctor says it's okay. This stops the hardness that scar tissue leaves. Make SURE you pick a top notch Doctor though! A little more money for the job is well worth it. I had mine done in Newport Beach Calif. By a doctor on Fashion Island. About $5,000. at the time. As for the tummy tuck...I want one too!
