Could a 16 year old 5 1' 1/2 who weighs 125 drop 30 lbs in 4 months if they exercise a lot (burning around 1000 calories) and eat 1200 calories a day?
P.s I have a medium body build. Please don't answer if your going to say I'm fine because my weight with my height isn't.

When I say exercise a lot I mean I run on the treadmill like an hour and a half. So it's cardio the muscles it builds are in my legs and won't bulk me up.

WHY would you do that? You are at an ideal weight already.

And, if you "excersize a lot" you will actually GAIN weight, as you will be build muscle, which weighs MORE then fat.

Chris (the above answerer) is so wrong it is PATHETIC!!! Where she came up with her 99 lbs. for a female, and 105 lbs. for a male is... well... who the hell KNOWS!!!!

Here is a chart: http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm

You can see, that if you are 5' 1.5" tall, and have a medium body build, that your IDEAL weight is 118 lbs. to 132 lbs.

Which means you have the IDEAL weight.

Chris is lacking weight... an average of 3 lbs. It's supposed to be in that space between her ears, but, obviously, she lost that weight...

yes it could if you really have a intense workout plan like with a personal trainer or something. and you really watch what you eat like literally no junk food and eat nothing but fruits and vegtables. and portion your meals instead of the typical 3 break it down to 6 and also that kellogs special k also works within the 2 weeks if you follow the diet plan for the 2 weeks and everything. and drink lots of milk at least 8 ounces a day becuase it can help drop about 10 pounds every 2 weeks or so and same with water.

I dropped 40 lbs in 6 weeks and felt great physically- it's just that I was an emotional wreck (going thru divorce). Of course, I was more overweight than you are. If you get to 100lbs even I'd be happy if I were you...

Your ideal weight female 99#
male 102#
You could possible loose that is 4 months but you need to check with your doctor first. You have to be concious of what you eat and you should alternate strength training and cario.
