Bay Ridge in Brooklyn(Fifth Avenue South of 65th Street)

Also a stretch of Atlantic Avenue, downtown, has quite a few Arab owned grocers and restaurants.

Have you tried an internet search. Try New York City Hall? Or their Visitors Information Bureau.

I don't think there's a big one in Manhattan, but maybe in Brooklyn, Queens, or the Bronx. There are large groups of EVERY kind of people in New York, so it's out there somewhere! Try contacting community mosques. (there is a large one on 2nd or 3rd Ave somewhere in the 90's)
