What kind of adhesive tape will keep single tiles on a vertical wood surface without damaging the wood?

I have a painted buffet table and I would like to place 4 acrylic tiles on the front panels but double-sided foam tape, double-sided cloth tape, and regular double-sided adhesive tape haven't worked. Any ideas?

3m makes tape that is like Velcro, stick one to your buffet table the other to your tiles and then join them together. It will all depend on your items weight. good luck

use tile adhesive its called mastic in your tile dept
