You can freeze it, but it will weep when you defrost it!

Yes you can but not for long because it very susceptible to picking up bad freezer flavors. I wouldn't let it go more then a month in a air tight container. It also will dry out a little in the freezer, making it crusty if not in an air tight container.

I'm pretty sure cream cheese doesn't freeze well. Like the first post said, it's not very good when you thaw it out.

Yes, for about a month or so....after that it might just get freezer burn!
