right now im 5 foot 5 and im 13. i weight 125 pounds. i work out 4 times a week for 30 minutes. Also will working out affect my height? My Dad is 5.4. i was just wondering will i grow any taller because my dad is only 5.4?

you can still grow taller around you age. It depends on your family genetic. You may also want to do exercise that can help you grow taller, such as, jump rope, swimming, etc. Working out will not affect you height.

you're only 13.

mostly for guys, they dont stop growing until around 18..but for girls they stop around 15-16.

you cant really base your height on your parents all the time.
see im only 5'1, but both of my parents are like 5'9, and on my mom's side everyone is sorta tall. but see on my dad's side, the women are short.
it depends on your entire family..not just your parents.

look at the growth patterns on your mom and dad's side..that may give you a clue how tall you'll become.

If you box you shouldn't be lifting too much, you'll probably lose speed, unless you wanna go up a weight class (you'll still lose speed). And if you're still 13 you shouldn't be weight training at all, you might stun your growth.

yeahh you definetely could. I'd cut down on the working out so often. You could stunt your growth, ur still growing.

you're still growing. my dad is 5'9", but my brother is 6'3". it depends on genetics.
