A couple day ago I was at school in band when out of nowhere there was this burst of pressure that made my head yank to the side. It was gone almost immediately and this has happened before, but still, should I be worried?

Yes. Obviously it's not 'normal' for something like that to happen. Get it checked out/looked at....

This happened to my sister a few times.. I don't think she ever found out what it was... She's still alive though.

what kind of instrument do you play? could be something with your form.
