You give it positive affirmation daily that it is ok. and you take it out and tell it to write down good things about the body that supports it. You tell those friends that it has that it needs special attention for a while while it is healing. You have it to do ramdom act of kindness and donate time to the community. In no time at all that heart should be revived!

trust me... i wish i knew the answer to this question... i am going through this too...

me and my boyfriend of a year and half just broke up and i am devastated...

i think the only thing that can mend a broken heart is time and good friends. dont rush into another relationship with someone though because it wont be fair to the other person...it CAN give you immediate happiness, but you are just pushing your pain farther away from you instead of embracing it and trying to move on.

you need to be with yoru friends and keep busy as much as you possibly can. your friends and family are there to help you and will make you feel better. i can't stress this enough thoguh...KEEP BUSY...it can get your mind off of things...

Good luck... I know how hard this is, but you can make it through this.

You have to be patient, because only time can heal the wounds, and i know it probably hurts so much, but really with time the pain will ease, you need to get out with your friends, and laugh as much as you can...laughter is also a cure, and meet different people, not necessarily to date just to socialize.

I know it's not right but the only thing that ever worked for me was new love. Lost my love 3 years ago and still grieving, no one compares, but I still hope one day to meet someone to knock my socks off.

stay positive. surround yourself around happy things (happy music, people, movies, new hobbies, ect.) and move on. let yourself let go of the past. dive in completely in moving forward with your life and hold your head up high. :]
