If you're old enough to tell someone you have feelings for them then you have got to get good at communicating. Let's say you did send him and email with your feeling, where would that lead? If by chance you did happend to start dating how are you going to tell him how you feel about things. Part of being in a real relationship is being adult enough to communicate your thoughts and feelings.
You don't have to be all romantic when you talk to him. You can simply tell him that you think he's a cool person, or that you think it's cool that you have a lot of things in common, and then tell him what those things are. Or invite him to something that you're doing like a concert or a party or a movie--it's a good way to hang out with him, and it doesn't have to be a date just you two hanging out. Bottom line is that you really need to start getting comfortable being verbal you can't start a relationship via email and IM. Unless you're in middle school that doesn't really work. And if youre in middle school then pass him a note and offer to share your lunch with him:-)

Hi allgiggle i think an email or text can do it much better.I also felt the same thing eight months ago but what came to my salvation was a mere text.In an email or a text please try to describe exactly how and what you feel about him.Let him know how softly he kills you with all those nice things he does.Through the email or text you can put a smile on his face and finally winning his heart.

If he is a guy from school, leave him a note on his desk, like before he enters in the classroom, with some romantic declaration of love.
You can also send like a letter by normal mail and see what he says... idk
I'd say the "online" way is not the best choice!
Btw- tell a friend to ask him first if he is interested in you, you don't wanna be rejected!!

I completely understand you, the majority of girls can't express feelings face to face with a boy. If i were you i would write him an e-mail ( if you know his address and that he checks them often)or an sms if you know his mobile's pnone number or even a letter that you will put into his bag will be a nice surprise for him. Good luck!

write a note, wrap it round a brick and throw it throw his bedroom window, he will get the shock of his life as no doubt he will be on his knees on the floor with his porn mags spread out before him
