We were very publicly going thru a divorce.I relocated to another state.Wasn't aware until I filed taxes for 2005 that I'd been used without consent.Afterwards I realized that is why, after being summoned to court in Aug. of 2005 to finalize the matter inwhich the judge granted.I did not receive the decree until Mar.2006. After she had filed and rec'd the 2005 tax refund.

She can be audited and subjected to penalties plus interest on taxes not paid. If you explain your situation to the IRS, I'm sure they'll do the legwork for you in bustin' a cap in her ***.

How did she file your return without your W-2? File MFS as you should and let the IRS sort it out. When they contact you explain that see must have forged your signature.
