Keep treating him like a friend. Sooner or later you will both get over this awkward feeling. He's probably not sure what to do because he likes you as a friend, not a girlfriend.
You need to show him you can get past that and just be a good friend. Give him some space, but never stop being his friend.
Never ignore him. Say high when you see him. Talk to him the way you did before all of this happened. When he's ready, he may ask you about it. If it never comes up, just go on being friends.

Say "hi" to him when you see him, even if he doesn't say anything to you. No, I don't think your friendship is over. I don't know exactly why he told your mutual friend and you different things about the girlfriend issue.
Maybe you should say something to him about your mutual friend telling him that you liked him. I can't tell if he wants to date you or not, just say "I can't believe (mutual friends name) told you that I liked you." Wait for his reaction. If he turns red, he likes you back. Problem solved.

I really don't think your friendship is over. It sounds like his feelings were hurt and that he just needs a little space to lick his wounds and then he will be fine. He may have told you he doesn't have a girlfriend because he may be interested in you. That would be my take on it. Don't push him just tell him you are sorry for hurting his feelings and that you will give him so space but that your friendship means a lot.

i think Ariyana (beautiful name btw) that you probably need to give him some more time before you make a decision to end the friendship.... don't be mean, but don't aggravate him either...... it sounds like he and you need to back up and give each other some space..... maybe you need to re-evaluate if you "like him" like you thought you did... sometimes guy and girl friends get so close that one or both of them get the feeling there is something more - but when it said out loud - they realize that it was just a great deal of love and respect in a strictly platonic way..... give each other some time and space, but when you feel there has been enough, then evaluate how you both feel and move from there..... good luck

Well now, I'm not an expert at this but my advice is to just talk to him. If he seems to not want to talk to you then ask him what the deal is. The rest would be honest speaking as I can't predict what would happen. Hope that helps ;)

talk to him, and be honest with the way you feel. and appoloized for not saying hi to him that one day and tell him that you did not hear him say hi. if that don't work then move on. you can find more friends that will treat you better. good luck.

Talk to him one on one! tell him your feelings and see what he is feeling. Just the two of you, no friends in the middle.

Tell him you like him. I know he knows, but you telling him (in person) might help a little. Say it's ok if he doesn't like you, you just wanted to let him know. He might like you too!
⥠good luck!

Definately ask him what is going on and tell your friends to butt the hell out---this does not include or concern them.
