I want to mix my creatine with things that won't waste it. I've heard that mixing with orange juice is bad because the citric acid is not so good with creatine. But then I've heard people say to mix it with GRAPEJUICE. Is it alright with grapejuice even with the acid?? Also, I've heard that its good to mix creatine with sugar stuff. So far I've mixed mine with milk and honey. but I was wondering, can I mix it with APPLESAUCE ??? I'm just not sure about the applesauce again because of the citric acid. Any help would be great, THANKS!

Let me just say, when putting anything foreign into your body to enhance it....please monitor your moods and watch carefully to make sure that what you intake to enhance your body does not effect your mental stability.
As for what to mix it with....I do not know.

God Bless!

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that naturally occurs in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle cells. Creatine was identified in 1832 when Michel Eugène Chevreul discovered it as a component of skeletal muscle which he later named creatine after the Greek word for flesh, Kreas.
In 1912, researchers found that ingesting creatine can dramatically boost the creatine content of the muscle. In the late 1920s, after finding that the intramuscular stores of creatine can be increased by ingesting creatine in larger than normal amounts, scientists discovered creatine phosphate, and determined that creatine is a key player in the metabolism of skeletal muscle.

You could always just get flavored Creatine. I have friends that are on the wrestling team in my high school and they have cherry flavored creatine. They drink it straight up so that there is nothing more to digest with it. But in my opinion, creatine doesn't do anything, protein is what helps the most.

Yes you can. You could even drink or eat any citric food or beverage 8 hrs before or after.
