no, not at all. it worries me that girls only 12 yrs old are concerned with their weight. but if you must, just remember to eat healthy foods (lots of fruits and vegetables) and stay physically active (thats as easy as playing outside or getting involved in a sport). start these healthy habits now and you'll never have to go on a diet when you're older.

i have a beautiful friends who weigh 110, 115, and are around five feet tall. You are a very healthy wieght, and, if anything, you could gain some weight and still be healthy.

At your age weight should not be a concern! You should be concentrating on school and athletics not your weight. But you are not overweight if anything you are underweight.

i am 13, 5'0 and 100 pounds, and i think im fat. it all depends, wighing yourself isnt great, you should get a measurement in sizes or inches, or a BMI, then calculate your results
