I have had this head sinus cold for the last few days, but now im getting worried, cause i feel really faint, and stupid, i cant think clear, or see clear and i feel weak, i sleep good at night, but cant during the day, i jsut feel confused, like something is wrong up there. I cant see the doc till monday, and i have to go back to work tomorrow, i dont know what too do, im getting really worried, and i havent taking any medicines...

hi, i suffer from this problem at times.......although it's best to get the doctor to check it.....and you want some relief till then....Please do a steam inhalation...if you do not have steamer...boil water in an open pan and then place a towel over your head and let the steam penetrate your nostrils....you can apply some Vaporub around your nose while steaming.
Another procedure of getting instant relief is of inducing sneezing by irritating your nasal mucosa.....by tickling your nose with a thin strand of paper napkin......and then you can blow you nose till you feel better.

Try some OTC sinus medication, or go to the ER.
