no, i dont use curling irons and hair blowers and all that. maybe i'll straighten it like once ever other month or something, but i barley do. my hair is really curly, and i like it like that....
and to jaber10m.... i just do, it would look better... and it doesnt matter why anyway

No,trimming it doesn't make it grow faster but it does help the ends not break off so it will get longer.

Well, it's totally not true. trimming it makes it more healthy because your head's natural oils reaches it better. Don't trim it now as some women actually get a disease that prevents hair growth so you need to see a dermatologist as it may never grow unless you take some medicine.if your hair is only growin' slow, which is usually normal, take pantogar.Pantogar makes hair grow faster and healthier, but if it's not growin' at all, you need to see a dermatologist.
you may have a simpler problem that makes it look like that. SPLIT ENDS! for that see my answer on http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AlmHQuD_fYNRU1pADafZJXrsy6IX?qid=20070203095827AALUAaW&show=7#profile-info-AA11991012

Cutting or not cutting your hair is not the issue why it won't grow is. Chances are your nutrition isn't up to par. Check your diet. Amino Acids/ folic acids are what you need for hair growth. Best form is the hair and nail vits Walmart sells. This stuff is loaded. and for only around $2.00 a bottle, well worth it. Oh yes, did I fail to mention, the hair on your legs will also grow faster.

Hair loss affects both men and women. Here are some natural remedies that can help boost hair growth: https://bitly.im/aMLb5 While genetics plays a role, there are other factors, including: hormonal imbalances, an underactive thyroid gland, nutrient deficiencies and insufficient scalp circulation.

your hair is growing. the problem is that your hair is breaking making it apper that it is not growing. i'm guessing that you like to blow dry/ flat iron your hair often. try limiting it to once a week. and you need to get a trim. that way when your hair grows it will show. your hair will be shorter but then it will grow back in about 2 weeks.

Yes, trim your ends and try using horse shampoo like mane n' tail because it made my hair grow faster. Take multivitamins too.
