cuz everytime im put on the spot or get nervous my eyes start to involuntarily water and it looks like im a crying tard

You are absolutely not allergic. I think your response is due to stress, which causes an adrenaline rush which can make you feel jumpy, nervous, and even trigger tears, although you don't feel sad. Just do your best, take slow deep breaths, and I believe it'll get better, just takes some time.

Hmm- I have heard that some people are allergic to stress. And stress certainly does worsen allergic symptoms.
