Most of the pressure points reside close to the neck, spinal cord, and shoulder blades. The way you should move them really depends on the person-- everyone has different sensitivities. Some like it harder than others, just wait for their reaction to gauge if you're doing it right.

Variation is the key to massaging, there is no right or wrong way to move your hands-- just change it up or they will get habituated to what you're doing. (Or to just give your hands a rest so you can massage her for a longer period of time)

Ok first thing with massage most of what feels good is the human contact, just simply being there for her will be a nice romantic gesture. Never massage on directly on someones spine, nor should you try to crack anyones neck or do any chiropractic adjustments. As far as placement and movements if you were to make a diamond with your pointers and your thumbs then move your hands slightly apart. Press in lightly at first between the shoulder blades but on the OUTSIDE OF THE spine squeeze your thumb and forefinger together while pressing in softly. Should look vaugely like your trying to do push ups on your fingertips but dont use that much preasure. I do recomend further reading. The library is free.

Use the entirety of your hands...no pokey fingertip-only stuff...like you are kneading dough. Use your body behind the kneading so you can do it for a longer period of time. Using just your hands can fatigue them and if you can massage any girls shoulders for longer than 5 minutes brownie points will build. Look at an muscle chart and focus on the upper trapezius and the muscle in between the shoulder blades. The deltoids are nice, too. And scalp (using pads of fingers to move the tissue around the skull).

You can find a basic book about massage at your local library. That should help. Good luck.

If you do, just use your thumbs on the back of her shoulders, than use the other 4 fingers on the front and just kinda squeeze and rub in a circular motion.
