Hi

Could you please let me know whether there is a legal divorce available for getting seperated from Parents, Brother and Sister. There are many reasons for this request for seperation. The parents are willing to stay with my brother and sister. The brother and sister are not in good books with us. Moreover they are sort of people who can force anything on us and i being the soft spoken and eldest son is always taken to task. Hence, i would prefer to get seperated legally so that my parents can stay with my brother and sisters as per their wish. Thus my parents, brother and sister can live happily together and we also get seperated and live happily. I am married, and would like to lead a peaceful life in future.

I would like to know, whether there are any laws pertaining to this and please suggest kind of legal advisors to whom i can contact.

Thanks

There is no INDIAN statue that provides divorce from parents, brother & sister. If you don’t want to live with your parents you can do so but if they are unable to maintain themselves you can be asked to provide monthly maintenance to the under section 125 criminal procedure code that can be Rs500/- per person i.e. Rs500/- each for both your parents.

The answer is no, there is no such thing as a divorce from your family. However, you do have legal rights pertaining to what kind and what amount of contact you have with them, IF you are of legal age. Contact a lawyer who specializes in Family Law - or contact a nearby law school to ask if they can help you. They may also be able to suggest other ways to obtain the help you need.

Mary and Joseph for sure did have a larger kin Mark 6 3 isn't this the chippie, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters the following with us? and they were indignant at him. I have had communicate with a Spanish guy of Catholic descent who requested his priest about this. The Catholic answer is that, Oh properly the words for brothers and sisters could also practice to cousins or nephews and nieces, I forget which. truly it really is in uncomplicated words an excuse for protecting the faux doctrine of the 'ever virgin' Mary. For why might want to they be something except brothers and sisters? And why might want to Mary proceed to be without extra children after the delivery of Jesus? i imagine James, who wrote the Letter interior the hot testomony, is taken into consideration Jesus' brother as reported in this verse.

You can ask your lawyer about how to go about it and send a legal notice to your brothers and sisters and get it published in the local newspapers that you have separated yourself from the family and have nothing to do with them and besides that, you bear no responsibility of their actions. You will have to be a little strict and tell them not to communicate with you anymore.

No. You cant divorce your parents or sisters or brothers under any law in force in India.

If you cant keep the realtionship, try to avoid contact with them. That is the only solution.

You can't divorce your parents. A divorce is only legal between a married couple who want to separate.

Learn to live with them. Face the reality than running from it. Rejoice with whatever piece of responsibility or service you get, perform it with dignity and selfrespect. Respect them for whatever they are.

Advice Only, Rest is your Discretion and Choice.
