Here is general color blindness test as for the blurness when reading you should see an eye Dr it could be many things.

If you are color blind you see things mostly in shades of grey and don't have a clue what green,blue, red or any other color is. As for blurred vision with reading it depends on how long you are reading. Your eyes may be getting tired. Blurred vision though needs to be checked out by your eye doc to be sure no eye problems are going on so make an apppointment for a checkup with your eye doc.

People that are usually colorblind can't tell the difference between green and red. They can see it seperately, but once put together, it creates a different color. And if your vision blurs when you read, I think you need glasses. You might be near-sighted.

I'm not sure about the color-blind part, but you need glasses. And resting your eyes as you read will help too.
