umm play it cool until he doesnt like that other girl then on valentines or after write him a note sayying " will you be my valentine " if it is after valentines day put i know it is late but i think that you are adorable and great

well from experience im gonna tell u this just be your self because u shouldnt change jus to trt to make somone like u ...be ur self and if they dont like that well thats their problem cuz someone else might like who u really are

Well if he doesn't like you like that, you should try starting conversation.
If he gets to know you better, he may start to like you.
