I was able to get the sidebar back in Folder Options, now How do I get the Windows XP start menu? I have the classic.

if you are asking how to change the look of your startmenu back from classic.. right click on the task bar>choose properties>click on the start menu tab>click on "start menu" radio button. that should do the trick :)

cntl- alt- s press it will bring up and it that doesnt work tab does
