On the 1099-A for my husband, his Social Security number is listed, but on the one addressed to me, there is no Social Security number.

If you and your husband file jointly then you only claim it once. However, since your name is not on the loan you will not have report the interest if you file seperately. Are you a guarantor on the loan or a grantor of the collateral? If so, that is why you are on the 1099.
