The mainstream texts of Judeo-Christianity do not mention a wife for their conception of God. Gnostic texts, on the other hand, reject the Judeo-Christian God as an "abortion," the true God (the Father) is said to have a consort, her name is Barbelo. Early Ugaritic texts (caananite origin), which predate any Old Testament writings, also demote the God of the OT to a member of the divine council. The Most High God (El) according to the Ugaritic texts does have a wife.

it depends on what god you are talking about
For instance, Osiris had a Mrs. God (i.e. Isis), as well as grandchildren (i.e. Imsety, Duamutef, Kebehsenuef, Hapi)

I would not say God is a person, but that He/She is impersonal. So no, (S)he does not have kids. Or rather: we are her kids.
