You may have developed a condition known as dry sockets. It occurs when the blood clot that was supposed to form in the hole that the tooth came out of gets washed out or fails to form properly. IT is very painful and usually comes in around the third day, and normal pain meds don't help much. It is very treatable and the dentist can help greatly with the pain, but you need to let him know that you are still experiencing pain. If you have dry sockets he will need to treat you. Hang in there!

If those wisdom teeth are just starting to come out your dentist can create an incision on your gums for the teeth to grow freely. If they are already out your dentist can extract the teeth. I had all four of mine extracted.
You may need a surgery if those teeth are growing sideways (primary cause of your 'WHOOPS!').
Extracting them will not make you "dumb." You will still be full of "wisdom."

When I got my "one" wisdom tooth removed my dentist gave me some Vicatin. That helped alot. I was drugged but it was better than feeling the pain.

you dont describe the exact condition of the wisdom teeth.however visit a dentist and get treated soon before the condition deteriorates

Have some garlic cooked in butter and then eat some chinese food..if that does not help see a motorcycle mechanic.

Put a ice pack around your jaw...eat something cold.

Have them removed.... it sucks for a week, but worth it.

thats what happens when you have them out!!!
live with it, it only lasts a few days or so......
