Just be calm, and say "Hey, I don't want to seem weird, but i really think you are beautiful." The main things that stop us from saying things like that is fear, but once you moved past it then you will feel much better. And by telling her that she is beautiful, then she will have a smile on her face all day!

Well, you don't want to get jumped by her boyfriend (lol) so just tell her by the way you talk to her, and look at her. There's other ways to tell a girl you think she's beautiful than just by saying it. It's sweet if you do say it, but you don't want to get in problems. My boyfriend was my best friend for a year before we started going out and he wouldn't say it straight out, but he made me feel beautiful just by how much he respected me and stuff. :) It'll work, trust me.

You just tell her she's cute in the middle of a conversation. Surprise her.. Beautiful might be too strong a word for an unavailable girl.

Honey just because us girls are with someone doesn't make it any less appealing for someone to tell us we're beautiful. It's a compliment. Unless of course your adding "can I have sex with you" at the end of "your beautiful". If something or someone is beautiful just say so.

Just tell her casually, like if she asks you if her hair looks okay or if shes having a bad day and says shes ugly. I think that's really romantic. Don't say anything in front of her boyfriend though, because he will probably kick your ***.

Find a moment that she is alone and tell her that you think she is beautiful. I don't know of one woman that would not be receptive to hearing such a compliment. Take the risk........

try and slip it into conversation, or if she is wearing something compliment her by saying that looks beautiful on you, try and not get in the way of her relationship tho, you don't want to spoil what she has
