Where does that wax go?

INTO THE AIR where you breath it and coats everything inside of your house.
Don't burn them often.

Yep, what it is is a sleave that the candle fits into that prevents the wax from dripping out, it makes sure it is all burned. they will drip if carrried or moved, but will not if left still, there is a sping that keeps them pushed up so the candle never looks like its getting smaller.
