i was 13yrs of age
the pain is in the right lower quadrant
it usually arises suddenly or when i eat foods like..flour meal..chapatti..or spicy chicken wings..or peas and beans.
i dont get any constipation or diarrhea when i feel the pain
i just get a feeling like i dont wanna eat anyfing more..i feel a bit like vomitting
i cant digest anyfing
and what's surprising is that..for sumtimes..the pain came used to arise at a sort of specific time..like everyday i am sure that the pain gonna start @ 15h..so i juz try to stop thinking about it and divert my mind toward computer games...or etc
but even though..its doesnt really work..i cant study at all and the only remedy is i go to sleep after takin sleeping pills
I feel fed up of this and once i even tried to cut my belly with a cutter coz of dis killin pain!
my urine is normal..
i did a blood test..its was ok
my prime suspect for this pain is appendicitis..if its so..what do i have to do to get rid of this??im in London!
Thanks

You need to post more details like when does the pain happen? Where is the pain ie: left upper quadrant, right lower qaudrant etc. Is the pain stabbing, dull, throbbing, sharp and is it continuous or intermittent. How often do you get this pain and what are you usually doing when you get the pain etc? You need to post more details.

You need to have your gall bladder checked. If it gets worse when you lay down and if is on the same side as your appendix but you are not running a fever, it may be the gall bladder, which occasionally reacts to greasy or spicy foods with sharp, often excruciating pains in some people.

Better if you would have given the pain site and situation.
If you suffer from constipation and feeling of fullness with pain in right lower quadrant it is appendicitis.
If the pain is in upper right quadrant it is gall stone.
It can be ulcer pain.
Most likely is gall stone. If you observe bleeding in urine it can kidney stone. Have x rays and then diagnosis will be easier.

Well i can give a diagnoses and run it by your family doctor. Irritable Bowel Syndrome. I have this condition and your symptoms sound similar. Or you could have a food allergy. I'd speak to a gastrointestinal doctor as soon as possible.

you will definately need some follow up by a physician on this matter. just because the gallbladder was removed, doesn't mean the process which created the stones was removed. there is a duct which connected the pancreas and gallbladder that can still house stones.
