There have been a couple of cases of children "divorcing" their parents, but that is not the best option or the most realistic. At age 14, most people are not going to adopt a child - it would be different if one of your parents remarried and your stepparent wanted to adopt you, but most adoptions are infants, and infants that don't have families - not older children who have familes and places to live, but just don't like their family.
As you only have 4 years left until "adulthood", see if there's any extracurricular activities you can become involved in. There are lots of youth groups, and even big brother/big sister organizations, though I don't know much about that. Work hard in school and keep your grades up - that way, when the time comes, you can apply for college and have a more competitive edge when it comes to different schools and scholarships. Community service is good too - it'll get you out of the house, and you'll feel great doing it, and it'll be another thing that will look good on applications!
I've left a link to some youth groups from Wikipedia. It is probably not near all-inclusive, but it gives some. The only one I'm very familiar with is Job's Daughters (having been a member), but I was also a member of Camp Fire.
Good luck, and hang in there.
