How do you replace the aerial / antenna on a ford focus?

Tried fitting a bullet antenna, does the screw come out of the mount that fixes it to the roof?

You'll need to find about 25 strong men to help. The trick is to hold the aerial still, and unscrew it by turning the car anti-clockwise.
