Just take it easy. If it's your throat don't talk so much. If you have a cold then do the whole orange juice, sleep, plenty of fluids and rest thing. And if you're desperate go see a doctor.

If you have a cold or something, there's really nothing you can do. It should be better in a week. If you suspect it's something bacterial, like a sinus infection, go to your doctor and he can put you on antibiotics. Try getting a lot of rest, drinking plenty of water, and stuff like that.
Actors have to work even if they're very sick, but if you are absolutely horrible and unable to get out of bed or are running a high fever the day before the play, call the director and tell her that you cannot work. Even if you don't have an understudy, there's probably someone who knows your lines.

Take Airborne or Emer'gen-C (soluble vitamin products) in water 3 or 4 times a day. Even more won't hurt you. Rest, keep as comfortable as you can, drink lots of liquids.

It would be helpful if you let us know what your issues are. DIfferent illnesses can be soothed by different treatments. Usually taking it easy, staying warm and drinking plenty of fluids helps a lot of things.
