can I use TaxCut CD that I bought in 05 and never used and use to file for 06?

no. you would need some sort of update. tax laws and forms change from year to year.

I am not positive, but I don't think so. It would lable everything for 05, unless you could somehow over ride 05 with 06? Good Luck!

No, you need to get a new, current cd, there have been changes made to the tax deductions allowed.

No, different tax laws, different amounts of deductions, different forms in some cases. You must buy new software or use some other option.

Nope....forms will be outdated...those CDs are made every year for each tax year.

unfortunately no, tax laws and regulations change every year and the software is desinged for one time use for each year.
