Color is the reflection of light. What is not reflected is absorbed. White people are not literally pure white and black people are not literally pure black. Since whites reflect most colors in the spectrum though, in reality they are themselves the darker people. Blacks aborb more on the spectrum so they are in reality the lighter of the two races.
But we go by what our eyes perceive which is reflected light.

Actually 'black' is what appears from the absence of light. People say white for the vice-versa.
I don't like this because color lines are rather ambiguous, and because, when I look at the sun rays, I can see very light and bright colors, that all-together look gold-ish baige-ish from MY PERSPECTIVE.
On to science. As regards to humans, there are two out-dated fallascious (Superiority/Inferiority) theories everyone seems to BELIEVE in.
First, is the belief that color is a curse, or is the result of heat. The reason the first is fake is obvious, the second, I will get to.
Second, people believe that white people lost their melanin and so black skin is superior.
Ask yourself, why do you prefer to where a white shirt over a black one in the sun? The black one absorbs light and heat.
Did you know that under polar bears' transluscent (NOT WHITE, it's for camoflage) fur, polar bears are black?
Eskimos, and others in cold regions aren't white. Sunlight gives you this vitamin, that certain peoples, like europeans, weren't getting, so they lost their melanin as an adaptation, as melanin blocks the sun. Hence Now you know why peeps are dark and light.
Note, once color genes are lost in a population, there's no getting them back, unless there's mixin.
As for the NAACP, everyone's related scientifically, but, contrary to popular belief, race is a social construct, politically correct at that. There's so much more juicy info on race. but I answered your Question. Now gimme some candy. :D

Actually, your confusing light and color. When dealing with light, yes white is the presence of all color and black is the absence. When dealing with actual color, black is the presence of all color. Just mix all your paints together and see what you get.
Also, the NAACP does represent caucasions, too. Actually, I know at least a couple of the people on their board are white. NAACP represents everyone, they're just known mainly for their assistance to the black community.

Not quite we are colored by the colors of light that our bodies absorb (albino's are completely colorless) in order to get darker peoples bodies place melanin in their skin, the more melanin the darker, so "colored" people are the ones who have color (including most of us "white" folk, all except the albino)

Years in the past it change into once ******, it truly is an really race of human beings and that i'm no longer constructive why absolutely everyone ought to locate it offensive because blacks are Negroids so some distance as genus is in touch. Then it went to "colored" and after that it change into "black" and now the most acceptable time period is "African-American" The time period African-American merely divides our united states of america of human beings as hostile to uniting us. i imagine we ought to continuously merely all be proud we stay in this blessed united states of america and we ought to continuously all be individuals. Oh, and that i have seen bruised black human beings and black those with black eyes and that i have even seen them get to a lot sunlight or blush to a particular degree besides

I haven't a clue what you are talking about but, initially all humans were probably black. Homo sapians began on the african subcontinent. The colour change was due to change in diet and climate.
