I don't believe that God inspired anything. Today is Saturn's Day ( Saturday ) The only thing that Saturn cared about was getting the seeds in the ground at the right time, and making sure that the harvest was taken care of properly.
Maybe you mean one of the other great Gods, Woden, Thor, Isis, Ra, Jupiter, Lug. No, I doubt any of them had any interest in television.

We will not know that time at all. We are told only the FATHER knows that time. The Book of Revelation was written by the Apostle John to tell the Churches about ROME not us. We are to be ptrepared at all times. Watching TV is not preparing our friends and neighbors the way that we are told to do in the Great Commission.

Study these scriptures and see what you think. To become a Christian:
HEAR - Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
BELIEVE - To the Prison guard in Acts 16:31 Paul and Silas said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household."
REPENT - Acts 17:30 Truly, these times of ignorance God overlooked, but now commands all men everywhere to repent.
CONFESS CHRIST - Matthew 10:32 "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
BE BAPTIZED - Mark 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned.
CONTINUE TO BE FAITHFUL - Revelation 2:10b Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
Send me a note if you have questions. I am anxious to hear from you. Have a Great day.

Yes, how else do you think that Revalation 11:8-9 will come true? "And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which is spiritually called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. And they of the people and kindreds and tongues of all nations shall see their dead bodies three and a half days, and shall not put them in graves."

Doubtful...what I find interesting is how in Revelation it says the whole world will look on the two witnesses that were killed, and no one could figure out how that could happen...until man devised SATELLITE broadcasts, many thought it was to be interpreted figuratively. But, situation normal, we see prophecy will be fulfilled literally.

you know whats funny though is your question makes alot of sense in a way. I mean things have always been bad...I mean even before TV. rape, Incest, murder, violence has alway always always been a part of humanity, but with the invention of the TV people assume everything is a sign of the times.
