I heard that riding on the exercise bike and going on the treadmill makes your tummy flatter. Is that true? If so, how long should I do this for?

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Do any form of exercise you want, there is no such thing as spot reduction. If you do ab exercises you'll strengthen your abs. However you won't lose the fat around them. Just go for walks, jog, or do any exercises to burn the fat. Also you'll want to eat 6 small meals a day to keep your glycogen levels even so you don't get in excess and store fat.

Step 1: Don't refer to it as your "tummy". Are you 6 years old?
Step 2: Do ab exercises, cardio, and eat healthy.

Get on the rowing machine if you have one!

You burn calories 3x as fast as you do on the treadmill.
