You mean the 21-page report full of lies and erroneous theories?

It might be difficult to find since the report has already been debunked by a majority of those in the scientific community.

you mean the Stern's report on Global Warming and world economics changement that was submitted to the British government in 30 Oct 2006 ?

Remember Stern is an economist, and this report took 26 years to be written. (700 pages in total)

it simply states that if you want to keep the climate like this you need to spend (as wrold economics) 3% of planetary money now, but in 20-30 years we will need to spend 20% of planetary money production.

This explain why countries are so worried in this days for the global warming.
Beacause they are going to loose power and money in less than 20 years !!! This is dramatc, because global warming cannot be stopped, if we don't do something now, USA will be a desert in less than century, as most part of the south Europe. We will cultivate Greenland, but countries are frightened by this changements !!!
I live in Italy, and I saw Sicily (take a map for locating it) going from green fields 30 years ago to deserted areas today.

You don't have to believe or not to global warming, beacause it's a fact. just that

Modest, i will look lower back to your findings yet i think of you will discover the checklist falls into numerous categories: Retired or ineffective. adult adult males are who not actively in touch with modern-day examine. IPCC skeptics, quite than AGW skeptic. Spencer is a solid occasion of a guy who's been skeptical of the IPCC and thinks nature could be to blame for a super component of the warming -- yet not inevitably all of it. (nevertheless he's now proposing that the organic component of the warming is "random" so it is getting harder to take him heavily. The "solar" adult adult males who've long previous quite silent interior the previous 2 years while the earth did not initiate cooling as they envisioned. experts alongside with gray who argue with the particular predictions. gray's pork has been the predictions around hurricanes. nevertheless gray additionally suits the retired label. He seems somewhat miffed that he's not considered the worldwide professional on hurricanes, and at the same time as nonetheless very sketchy it does look that the IPCC predictions are suited (it is going to take extra warming to get the the element that the predictions of extra suitable hurricanes can somewhat be examined). The oil adult adult males. it is not totallly honest to push aside a guy only simply by fact he worked for super oil, if the only examine the guy did grew to become into pre 2008 while Exxon grew to become into paying specifically for distracting papers, then he might desire to not likely be considered credible. upload Lindzen to the checklist. He believes the atmosphere has automatic unfavourable feedbacks which will self-marvelous the warming.
