many of my friends and i have this yellow/ whitish ring around the center (i think it's called the pupil but i'm not sure) of our eyes
i was just wondering what causes that yellow ring
oh and both mine and my friends eyes are blue...
is it some unique characteristic that comes w/ blue eyes?

Mine is the same way, I think it's just because of the color, because a lot of people that have green eyes have a thin line of light brown toward the inside around the pupil. But every person that I've ever seen with blue eyes has either had a little yellow or brown circle around the inside, unless it's on the outside though, then you might have something wrong with your liver/ kidney or something.

I've heard of people having a yellow ring towards the back of their eyes more.. but I've never head of one right around the pupil. That's pretty wierd... but I wouldn't worry about it.
