i am canadian, and i am in grade 10.
my whole life, i have planned to become a surgeon, and i know that nothing else will make me happy.

I wil only be applying to Canadian Univeristies. What grades do they look at? Just grade 11? You get your responses from the universities in grade 12 so obviously they cant really look at those. Do they look at your marks only in 11, or in 12? Or do they also look at your marks in grade 10.

I'm trying to be as prepared as i can be,
I will do ANYTHING necessary to get into a good science or health science program for my undergrad, and then I will go even farther to get into med school. this is what i want i just need to know EXACTLY what's important, in HIGHSCHOOL to get there.

It's not just grades, but it's how you as a person can handle stress. Extra curricular activities can help as well. And any volunteering at a local hospital, or anything else to show you have an interest.

Grade 11 and 12 are more important than 9 and 10, because they're more recent. If you're getting better, then they'll see that as a good thing.
