DYEING YOUR HAIR IS HARD ON IT - EVEN TEMP DYES.
YOU R LOOSE SEVERAL STRANDS OF HAIR A DAY THAT YOU NEVER NOTICE, BUT WE ALL DO WHEN IT IS WET. IT IS NATURAL, AND I WOULDN'T STRESS ABOUT IT TOO MUCH, UNLESS IT IS LEAVING BALD AREAS. TRY SWITCHING TO A BRAND THAT IS LESS HARSH (SENSITIVE SCALP) AND SEE IF IT HELPS.

Are there any bald patches. If so you need to see dr as this could be alopecia, If not and your scalp is ok then it is just normal shedding which we all have. Do you brush hair every day or just when it is washed.f not then you will notice it more as there will be a build up of shedding hair. Semi colour should not cause any irritation to the scalp as there is nothing in it that would cause this.if u are concerned see your gp and ask to be reffered to dermotologist and stop useing the colour.

this happens to my hair too, even if i just shampoo my hair. don't worry you lose up too 100 hairs a day. but you dont notice this until ur payin special attention to your hair for example when you are dyin it! dont fret! try brushing your hair with a wide tooth comb before you dye your hair and be gentel putting the dye in.

Boots sell herbal ones with no harsh chemicals.
Try one of those, they are dear but may work for you.
Good Luck.
