I will tell you there were alot of sites but none of them seemed to offer much advice on how to do it to your own home. These two were the best that I found.

Good luck.

Even if it is only one corner, clean out the clutter and have only a few simple objects, with clean lines. There are some very good water fountains for inside, water running down slate panels, or coming down through stones - running water is very peaceful. Install dimmers on othe lights or get lamps with dimmers, so you can adjust the lighting. Small speakers attached to your cd or stereo can play nature sounds - forest, rainfall - some very good CD's available.

If you face into a space like that, even if the rest of a room is "traditional" living room, you have the sense of being drawn in. If you really want to get fancy, paint the wals going into the corner with increasingly dark shades - so the very corner is a darker blue, for instance, that gets gradually lighter as it moves out. That draws the focus into that corner area.

May the force be with you

Get rid of stuff you don't need. For stuff you do need, make sure they have a place and keep them there so they are out of sight. Then, cover your entire floor with sand and use a rake to make interesting line patterns.
